Request for Increase the Gift Voucher Imprest for Festival Season

We would like to request for additional imprest of Rs 75,000.00 for the upcoming festival season due to the increase of gift voucher sales.

Further, increasing of the gift voucher sales will lead to increase the gift voucher encashment, therefore please be kind enough to Approve additional imprest to gift voucher encasements

we have planned to settle the above additional imprest on or before 30^th February 2011.
