We appreciate your willingness to settle this matter. Further more we gather from your letter that you have requested us to wave off the surcharge imposed on the above unit No: 9/13

However, as per the condominium rules and regulations it is compulsory to obtain council approval to wave off the surcharge and it is not practical. Usually, In order to facilitate your request we would forward it for approval at the next council meeting and would communicate to you
