This is writing with reference to the accident of my vehicle found on last Saturday ( 28.06.2013) at _____ _____ Premises. this accident was suspected as a result of technical Frailer of ______ ______ security Gate which is evidently confirmed through CCTV Camera recordings too.

Due to this accident, i have to face time and money loss. here i am kindly request you to make favor for me and arrange fair compensation for my  damages since this accident found due a fault from your side, i am requesting you to refund at least my monetary loss which is Rs. 30,254.00 of garage estimation for said repair. here with attached the garage bill.
